These vehicles trek on the edge of performance and have demonstrated record-setting acceleration and handling. This is a Formula Student Driverless Simulator (FSDS). FSDS is a community project with the goal to provide an end-to-end simulation for FS Driverless teams. It simulates all commonly used sensors and is compatible with ROS. This project has proven itsself during FS-Online 2020 where 4 driverless teams competed.

In 2016, a new discipline, Formula Student Driverless, was announced for the following year, targeting autonomous race cars that complete tracks of 5 km over 10 laps as fast as possible without the combustion and driverless vehicle. The last classiﬁcation, which has existed since 2017, is called Formula Student Driverless (FSD), where either combustion or electric cars are permitted.

The competition must be based on the official Formula Student rules and all disciplines must be offered to participate for every team. The maximum possible score must be 1000 points. A complete, extensive and documented inspection on site and in advance is of course required. Only one team per class, per university may participate.

Formula Student is a university-level motorsports competition, and we are a group of highly-skilled and multi-talented engineers with a single goal – winning.
